Habitación en Roma (Spain, 2010)
A hotel room in the heart of Rome. Two young women who have only just met travel together on an intimate, passionate journey that will mark their bodies and souls deeply. Slowly they allow themselves to be borne away, each into the unknown terrain of the other, until both find themselves transfixed before a completely new love. The story unfolds over twelve hours, through the night and into the early morning, before each woman departs, Alba to Spain and Natasha to Russia. Habitación en Roma (Room in Rome) is Julio Medem’s first English-language film and it’s based on Matias Bize’s In the Bed. In the original, a man and a woman share a night of passion and carelessly-spilled secrets. Medem’s adaptation promises all of the passion and all of the secrets – only this time it happens in Rome, between two women.

Uusi tietopaketti suomalaisesta puutarha- ja maisema-arkkitehtuurista
Maisema-arkkitehtuuri on osa rakennettua ympäristöä, joka elää vuodenaikojen ja ajan mukana. Suomessa on harrastettu puutarha- ja maisema-arkkitehtuuria keskiajalta lähtien, joskin puutarhaviljely käynnistyi kunnolla vasta 1700-luvulla. Suomen rakennustaiteen museo on julkaissut uuden suomalaista puutarha- ja maisema-arkkitehtuuria esittelevän tietopaketin. Denise Grünstein: Figure Out Kiasmassa 30.04.-15.08.2010
Ruotsin kuuluisimpiin valokuvataiteilijoihin lukeutuvan Denise Grünsteinin ensimmäinen laaja näyttely Suomessa esittelee noin 40 suurikokoista valokuvateosta ja yhden videoinstallaation. Figure Out -näyttely on läpileikkaus Grünsteinin 2000-luvun tuotannosta. Isokokoiset, unenomaiset maalaukset yhdistävät katsojan taidehistoriaan, romanttiseen maalaustaiteeseen ja surrealistiseen valokuvaukseen.

Christian Prommer: Drumlesson Zwei (!K7 Records)
Some ideas are just so good, they deserve a second chapter. Like Christian Prommer’s Drumlesson Vol. 1 album, released in 2008, which featured instrumental jazz versions of legendary techno and electronic tracks. Now the Munich-based drummer, DJ and producer returns with a second volume of inspired electro-organic cover versions. The musical mix remains ambitiously broad, from Carl Craig to Laurent Garnier, from Underground Resistance to Jean-Michel Jarre. Since the first album, the Drumlesson collective has grown from a studio concept to a fully working live band. Christian was also more directly involved in playing drums, piano and percussion. After the recording sessions, he also worked on each track in his studio, switching roles from live player to electronic producer.
