Veijo Rönkkösen todellinen elämä (Maahenki, 2007)
Taiteilija Veijo Rönkkösen kotipihaa Parikkalan Koitsanlahdessa asuttavat sadat betoniset kuvapatsaat. Veistospuisto on maamme ja koko Euroopan merkillisimpiä taidekokonaisuuksia. Rönkkösen taide on saanut suomalaisen yleisön suosion ja on kansainvälisestikin tunnettua. Rönkkönen ei ole kuitenkaan vielä saanut ansaitsemaansa arvostusta merkittävänä suomalaisena kuvataiteilijana. Valokuvaaja Veli Granö johdattaa lukijan tutustumaan pitkäaikaisen ystävänsä koskettavaan elämäntarinaan ja veistosten varjeltuihin salaisuuksiin. Rokumentti 2007
Rokumentti -rockelokuvafestivaali järjestetään Joensuussa 16.-18.11.2007 ja luvassa on jälleen monipuolinen musiikkielokuvien ja -dokumenttien kattaus. Rokumentin avaa useilla elokuvafestivaaleilla palkittu Anton Corbijnin ohjaama Control, joka kertaa legendaarisen Joy Division yhtyeen laulusolistin tarinaa. Vastaavasti festivaalin päätöselokuvana nähdään Suomen ensiesityksessä Bob Dylan filmatisointi I’m Not There. Muita Suomen ensiesityksensä saavia fiktioelokuvia ovat mm. Kuuban Oscar-ehdokaselokuva El Benny ja jamaikalainen reggaehenkinen roadmovie Roots Time. Rokumentin pääareenana toimii tuttuun tapaan elokuvakeskus Tapio, jossa järjestetään elokuvanäytösten ohella seminaareja. Festivaalitapahtumat ulottuvat myös muualle kaupunkiin, sillä tulossa on jännittäviä iltaklubeja ja mainiota meininkiä koko viikonlopun ajan.

MisShapes (MTV Press, 2007)
MisShapes is a collection of New York fashion portraits from the city’s premier downtown music outfit, The MisShapes. Established in 2001 by artist Geordon Nicol, model Leigh Lezark, and magazine editor Greg Krelestein as a party to bring the downtown New York music/art scene together, the MisShapes have gained international cult status and are now followed avidly by thousands of disenfranchised youth, who use the MisShapes website as a guide to the latest styles, trends, artists, and musicians. This extensive collection of portraits ranges from punk rockers to artist, downtown kids to musicians, DJs, and celebrities, with each subject posed amidst the scene’s dense and riotous environment.
